There is no shortage of anti-aging creams, salves and potions…which of course, leads me to the question…how toxic are those? Answer…pretty. They are pretty toxic.

So, how do we reduce the effects of aging in a natural way that supports our body instead of attacking it?

Here are the three ways I do most often:


Yup, I just said it, and yup, you just glazed over…and that’s ok. But stick with me here, you already know this is true. You just need to DO it.

Now, I’m not saying you have to do a couch-to-5k marathon, I’m just saying your blood needs to be pumping a bit. Aerobic exercise it what you’re looking for, and it can be as simple as walking, cycling, chasing the kids around the house…I think that’s cardio? I mean, it should be, anyway…

Just get your heart rate up. That’s all.

Eat Well

Here’s another one you already know, but here’s the deal, we don’t reduce our aging by what we know…we reduce our aging by what we do.

So, what does eating well mean?

To me, and I’m not a medical professional at all, or a nutritionist, but eating well to me is whole, certified organic, non-GMO foods.

Now, immediately people usually start thinking dollar signs and a bunch of time lost trying to cook all of this stuff.

Those are purely limiting beliefs that are going to keep you from your goal, because it doesn’t have to be expensive…Aldi, anyone? And it doesn’t have to take any longer than normal meals….

Just try swapping out one meal a week, then work up to 2 meals a week, and so on…small consistent changes make the whole ship turn around.

REVERSE Oxidative Stress

What is oxidative stress, you ask? Well, shoot, let me tell ya!

Oxidative stress is when there are not enough antioxidants in your body to repair DNA damage caused by free radicals.

What does that REALLY mean? All you really need to know is it’s a key player in the aging process.

So, in order to not JUST REDUCE, but REVERSE the aging process, all we need to do is FLOOD our bodies with antioxidants consistently!

There are a lot of places you can find antioxidants, but if you’re looking to flood your system like this, you’re going to need A LOT…I drink a juice that has like 100x the amount that are in blueberries…there’s nothing even close to what this juice has in it.
